The Team

Every project is founder-led with senior creatives who work directly with you. No junior staffers learning on your dime. No creative directors too busy to be hands-on.

We built Good Sports using the Hollywood model—quickly assembling elite specialists with deep sports expertise for each project. You get the exact talent you need, fully available when you need them: award-winning directors, seasoned strategists, top-tier producers, and world-class creative talent from our extensive network.

Beyond our core team, we maintain strategic partnerships with specialized firms for media planning, influencer marketing, and production support.

The Founder

Josh Bogdan
Founder / Chief Creative Officer

I’m a bald man, but I wasn’t always that way.
I grew up in New Jersey.
I can turn it on or off.
I’ve been a writer and Creative Director for 20 years.

I worked on campaigns for the Golden State Warriors every season from 2012-2015, spending time with Steph, Klay, and Draymond before they became household names.

In 2015 I came to Wieden + Kennedy, Portland to work on Nike. I developed campaigns for the Olympics, Nike basketball, Kobe’s retirement, Women’s World Cup, and Tiger Woods. I also helped brands like Coca Cola and Samsung when they sponsored athletes and sports events. In 2022 I lead Major League Baseball through their first major rebrand in a century. And in 2024 I started Good Sports.

I live in Portland, Oregon where I coach my eight-year-old twins’ various sports teams and go on the occasional date night with my much cooler wife.
